Equinix's global footprint and robust ecosystem of providers, cloud platforms, and enterprises offer businesses a platform to accelerate their digital transformation and drive innovation. You will be involved from design to support, focusing on delivering solutions to meet business goals, technical requirements, and platform standards.
As a key member of the GTM team, you will be responsible for system administration, design, and development of Salesforce implementation using OOB and Custom applications. Work closely with product owners, architects, other engineers, and QA.
Responsibilities
Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and company goals
Determine when to use out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities, when to leverage pre-packaged AppExchange solutions, and when to code a custom solution across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud domains
Participate in all phases of software development/implementation, including functional analysis, development of technical requirements, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and support
Utilize Salesforce skills to continuously deliver business solutions while maintaining existing functionality in a complex, global org and multi orgs
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
Implement and optimize integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
Prioritize declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Dynamic Page Layouts) where appropriate, applying a “clicks before code” philosophy
Ensure data integrity and synchronization across Salesforce objects and external platforms
Qualifications
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or above, Major in Computer Science is preferable
8+ years of experience in developing and supporting the deployment of mid to large-scale IT projects. Good knowledge of Sales and Service CRM business processes
Salesforce Platform Developer certification(s)
Hands-on experience and deep understanding of all aspects of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Salesforce Administration knowledge
Strong understanding and experience on Salesforce Configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and Integrations
Experience using JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, VSCode
Experience on DevOps tools like Jira, Copado, Flosum or any other
Solid understanding of REST/SOAP services and event-driven architectures
Experience documenting Technical Design Documents, architecture diagrams
Strong knowledge on Sales Business Process, Forecasting, Opportunity Management, Quote and Order integrations, Direct and Partner deal flows, and Compensation
Experience handling bulk data uploads and API’s
Hands-on Experience with Einstein Analytics for reporting
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado
Nice to Have
Familiarity with general business functions, Business knowledge of the telecom domain preferred
Knowledge on Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud
Familiarity with the SAFe, Agile/Scrum methodologies
Problem-solving and strong communication skills
Able to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures, grasp technical concepts, and adapt easily to change
Ability to multitask, working on more than one assignment simultaneously
Hands-on experience and deep understanding of Partner Relationship Management (PRM), Data Cloud, Agentoforce, and Revenue Cloud
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 155,000 - 233,000 USD / Annual
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 119,000 - 179,000 CAD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
