Quality Assurance Specialist
- The Foundation: A degree or expirence in Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
- The Experience: 2–5 years in QA or inspection within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- The "Continuous Improvement" Mindset: You have a proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and leading successful process improvements.
- The Technical Toolbelt: Deep knowledge of quality standards (ISO, ASTM, FDA) and advanced Excel skills for data storytelling.
- The Communicator: You can explain complex technical issues clearly and build working relationships across different departments.

education: High School Responsibilities What You’ll Do: The Mission As our QA Specialist, you are the first line of defense and the primary engine for improvement. You will:
- Guard the Standard: Perform high-precision inspections and testing on incoming materials to ensure every component meets our rigorous ISO and ASTM standards.
- Innovate & Optimize: You aren't just following the manual—you’re writing the better version. You’ll identify bottlenecks and implement lean solutions to make our inspection workflows faster and smarter.
- Solve Problems at the Source: Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Production to dive into root cause analysis. When a quality issue arises, you won't just find the flaw; you’ll help fix the system.
- Turn Data into Action: Use your analytical skills to spot trends in inspection data, providing the insights we need to make informed, strategic decisions.
- Ensure Compliance: Keep us audit-ready by maintaining meticulous records and ensuring all materials align with global regulatory requirements.
