Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexibility for overtime and weekends required)
Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join a well-known bedding supplier in Millbrae, CA. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry into the system.
- Interact with the public and employees professionally and tactfully.
- Maintain and organize both digital and paper files.
- Generate financial reports and reconcile credit card statements.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with sales calls when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements
- 1–2 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of accounting regulations and processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (formulas) Suite and QuickBooks.
