- Hybrid model: 1-2 days on-site, remainder remote
- Adult outpatient psychiatry focus
- Generous appointment times: 60 minutes for evaluations
- Manageable patient volume of 12-14 patients per day
- Shared call coverage only 2-3 weeks per year
- H-1B visa sponsorship available
