Job Description:
4LEAF, Inc. is a rapidly growing company in the construction industry, and we are currently seeking an Accounting Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong computer skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates a strong knowledge of GAAP. Candidates should have at least two years of accounting experience, be highly organized, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. We are looking for motivated self-starter who can work independently while supporting the overall accounting and billing functions of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Billing Coordinator – process around 100 monthly invoices
- Review invoices for accuracy and completeness and obtain Project Manager approvals.
- Submit invoices to clients and respond to any billing questions.
- Keep track of budget amounts and provide information to clients upon request.
- Light collections for your assigned accounts.
- Backup for AP, AR and reception, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
