Store Operations Manager
We're looking for someone who wants to build a career—not just work another restaurant job.
Le Coupé isn't looking for someone to simply manage shifts.
We're looking for someone who wants to help build a company.
We believe great restaurants are built by great operators—people who take ownership, solve problems before they're asked, lead by example, and genuinely care about the success of every guest and every employee.
If you're looking for a job where you clock in, tell people what to do, and clock out, this isn't it.
If you're the kind of person who notices something isn't right and fixes it without being asked, keeps standards high, jumps in wherever the team needs help, and wants to build something meaningful, we want to meet you.
About Le CoupéLe Coupé is a chef-driven, scratch kitchen specializing in premium fried chicken. Everything is made in-house, from butchering and marinating our chicken to preparing our sides and sauces from scratch.
We're dedicated to hospitality, consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.
Our vision is much bigger than one restaurant. We're building a brand, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow alongside us.

Some days you'll be greeting guests.
Some days you'll be expediting food.
Some days you'll be on the fryer.
