This segment of the business is growing rapidly and is vital to NVIDIA's growth What you'll be doing: - Responsible for identifying, planning and implementing a variety of physical and digital event programs, including tradeshows, customer/partner events, product launches, thought leadership and technical sessions, media/analyst briefings, etc., as well as NVIDIA's own conferences, that will help NVIDIA meet its business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define event goals, strategies and key performance indicators and drive planning meetings from start to finish ensuring overall success of the event.
- Work closely with cross functional teams such as creative services for event branding, demos, collateral development and IT/demo owners for demo status and equipment needs.
- Prepare event layouts, service requirements and shipping logistics.
- Drive end-to-end speaker engagements related to events; help define format, identify all logistics needed, build work back timeline of asset needs, assist speaker in requirements to fulfill their talk - whether delivered in-person or digitally.
- Establish and supervise event budget, negotiate fees and pricing, guide internal teams on projected cost and creative solutions to challenging budgetary problems.
- Coordinate logistics including shipping to and from events, onsite set up and tear down, hotel rooming lists, meeting schedules, staffing schedules and training meetings, pre and post-show briefs.
- Manage third party vendors such as exhibit house, production company, A/V providers, etc.
- Conduct a detailed post-show analysis with objective reporting on event success and improvement opportunities.
What we need to see: - Creative and dedicated individual with 5+ years of corporate event marketing and tradeshows experience, preferably in the PC, high tech or gaming industry
- Ability to multi-task, be detailed oriented and very organized while meeting tight deadlines under pressure and driving complex teams
- Able to work independently and follow process with minimal direction
- Need to be available to travel for week-long periods about four-five times per year and stand/walk for long periods of time and lift heavy boxes (30+ lbs)
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience
- Located near Santa Clara HQ campus

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
