About the Role
We’re looking for a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join a growing team in Sherman Oaks. If you're passionate about advocating for injured workers and want to work in a collaborative, supportive environment—this is your opportunity.
This position is ideal for an attorney with 2–5 years of workers’ compensation experience who’s ready to take ownership of their caseload and make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Represent clients in all phases of workers’ compensation claims
Draft legal documents, conduct depositions, and appear at hearings
Strategize case approach and negotiate settlements
Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Maintain accurate and timely case documentation
What You’ll Need
Active California Bar license (in good standing)
2–5 years of experience in workers’ compensation law (applicant or defense)
Excellent written/oral advocacy and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a full caseload independently
Familiarity with EAMS and related platforms is a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS:
