- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly goals and performance targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including desking deals and managing CRM performance.
- Collaborate with finance and inventory teams to ensure smooth deal flow and accurate vehicle availability.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to continually refine team performance and dealership results.
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales staff to reach their full potential.
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance on the sales floor.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in an automotive dealership or related retail environment.
- Strong track record of leading teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze KPIs, manage performance metrics, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes, CRM systems, and dealership operations.
- High-energy, motivated, and results-driven with a passion for developing and mentoring a sales team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
