Senior Designer - Workplace Interiors (Commercial Office Design)
We are seeking a Senior Designer to lead the design vision for commercial workplace interior projects, while actively supporting client pursuits and business development efforts.
This role combines hands-on design leadership with strategic involvement in presentations, proposals, and concept development. You will drive design across both active projects and new opportunities, delivering high-impact, design-driven workplace environments.

Responsibilities
- Lead design for commercial workplace interiors from concept through project delivery
- Partner with leadership on design strategy for client pursuits and presentations
- Develop space plans, test fits, and workplace layouts aligned with client needs
- Create high-quality renderings and presentation materials for client approvals
- Oversee design development, including materials, finishes, and detailing
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to maintain design intent
- Serve as the design lead in client meetings, presentations, and reviews
- Support proposals and business development efforts alongside active projects
- Ensure designs align with budget, schedule, and constructability requirements
- Stay current on workplace trends, materials, and design innovations
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience in commercial interior design (workplace required)
- Strong background in space planning, test fits, and corporate office design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools
- Proven ability to produce client-ready presentations and visualizations
- Experience in a client-facing Senior Designer or Design Lead role
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing (high-end interiors preferred)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (required)
