Amazon Marketplace Sales Manager

- Managing and optimizing our Amazon Seller Central account to drive significant growth and increase market share for Supersonic Inc.
- Overseeing and optimizing product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithm, and product search rankings, including detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.)
- A+ pages creation/Brand page design
- Managing and implementing processes associated with MAP compliance and ensuring compliance with all Amazon policies and guidelines
- Price adjustment and set up repricing to make sure we are competitive according to market price
- Maintaining a clean catalog by implementing new item set up, merging duplicate ASINs, and requesting removal of illegal listings (e.g. erroneous UPCs, unwarranted multipacks, etc.)
- Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to increase listing visibility and revenue through Amazon's advertising and promotional tools
- Analyzing customer feedback and marketplace health, and providing recommendations for areas of growth for Supersonic Inc.
- Forecasting and processing FBA orders, monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely fulfillment
- Monitoring all channels for errors, alerts, questions, and inquiries, and addressing any issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Continuously monitoring offers and competing products from online retail competitors within the consumer electronics industry and identifying opportunities for growth
- Proactively researching the online marketplace to ensure accuracy and delivery of our content, while continuously looking at ways to improve our brand position for Supersonic Inc.
- A minimum of 3 years of e-commerce sales experience on Amazon
- Strong knowledge of Amazon's marketplace and tools, including Seller Central
- Strong knowledge of Helium 10 preferred
- Strong knowledge of Jungle Scout preferred
- Experience with product listings, data feeds, and web analytics is strongly preferred
- Intermediate knowledge and understanding of SEO, SEM, and e-commerce optimization
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a major plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to make informed decisions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to plan strategically, and to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel
