Contact Center Agent
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Contact Center Agent to join their client's team in California. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assisting customers with their questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations in the contact center.
- Adapting to different customer situations and finding appropriate solutions.
- Ensuring all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.
Requirements:
- Education requirement is High School.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
Option: 6:00 AM or 9:00 AM Start time.
100% Onsite
