Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels and handle them in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customer issues.
• Ensure swift resolution of customer complaints, and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
• Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and promotions to accurately address customer inquiries.
• Continuously strive to improve and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and practices will be considered an asset.
