- Lead vendor management by maintaining pristine records, facilitating vendor relationships and communications, and proactively resolving issues and discrepancies.
- Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Shipping and Receiving, and Finance to ensure accurate three-way match, goods receipt, and timely payments.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, ensuring compliance with tax reporting and regulatory requirements, including annual 1099 filing.
- Drive continuous improvement across the accounts payable function by identifying opportunities for automation, increased efficiency, cost reduction, and adoption of best-practice processes.

- Work 4-5 days per week out of our office in Los Angeles (Hawthorne), California.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or another related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years leading the AP function
- Uncompromising attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills paired with strong accounting judgment and a solutions-driven mindset
- Passionate about accounting operations with a hands-on, roll-up-your sleeves mentality
