International Sales Assistant

POSITION TITLE: International Sales/Sample Assistant POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for providing support to account executives such as order entry, order maintenance and sample room management

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Prior to market ensure samples are sorted according to the assortment being offered globally with changes noted. Ensure that all dropped styles are removed but are represented in case needs are not met globally. Provide all needed samples to partners for development and ensure calendar is adhered to. Provide market materials to each to AE for corresponding season and division in a timely manner. Provide all development tools in a timely manner to partners from tech packs, mood boards, color cards, swatches & samples. Ensure partners are following production calendar and are in line with production timeline. Deliver proper & timely feedback on necessary changes needed for approval. Ensure all development samples go through their corresponding production channels for approval. Prepare and enter customers order into the system, ensure all orders are entered correctly. Follow up on order maintenance as needed and communicate to appropriate teams on completed order/updates. Maintain sample library/closet, create system with each AE to eliminate excess storage and file samples after market. EDUCATION: High School YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 0-2 Years Nature of Experience: Prior experience shipping of samples internationally. Special Knowledge or Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred: High School Diploma or GED required. Must be highly organized and able to multitask. Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work in professional manner. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds during packing/unpacking and rolling samples. Typical Working Conditions: Office environment. Salary Minimum

$52,000.00

Salary Maximum

$58,000.00 Base salary will be determined on various factors, including but not limited to, market data, internal equity, relevant background, and experience for the specified role. GUESS?
