Leasing Manager

- Minimum of 2+ years property management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficiency with computers including PM software such as Yardi, RentCafe, etc, Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel between properties as needed
- Review and approve all leasing activity for assigned regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency prior to final executive sign-off
- Manage and monitor leasing leads across assigned properties to ensure timely follow-up, conversion, and documentation
- Provide guidance and oversight to on-site leasing teams to ensure adherence to approved pricing, concessions, and marketing strategies
- Assist with training, coaching, and performance oversight of leasing staff within assigned regions
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are market-ready and leasing standards are met
- Complete required reports and documentation related to leasing performance
