SALRAY: $23/hour

LOCATION: San Luis Obispo (downtown)

SCHEUDLE: Full Time Applicant needs to be available Sun & Mon

BONUS : $250 Sign on Bonus (paid at 90 and 180 days)

Achievement House (AHI) is a renowned nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to reach their personal and professional goals. We are currently seeking a compassionate and committed Direct Support Professional to join our Client Services Department. This role involves providing crucial support and training to our clients, ensuring the efficient, safe, and effective operation of our thrift stores. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to make a significant impact in someone's life every day.

Required Qualifications:

• Current California driver's license and reliable transportation. Driving is required for this position.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Flexibility and availability to work at least one weekend day per week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous instruction for vocational growth, tailored to the client's individual abilities and development.
• Complete and submit all necessary paperwork, including transportation documentation, attendance records, job coach notes, objective sheets, incident/accident reports, time studies, and case management documentation.
• Adhere to all protocols and procedures for the specific department or program in which you are working.
• Coach individuals with disabilities on a variety of tasks, ensuring work quality meets standards and individuals are able to begin working independently.
• Ensure the health and safety of all individuals at your site.

Compensation:

$23.00 per hour , plus perks and benefits!
