About the Role
Coffee & Chill is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Brand Partnerships Executive to support our sponsorship and brand partnership efforts across the country. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, securing strategic sponsorships, and nurturing long-term brand relationships across all of our major event markets. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and inbound lead management to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. You’ll work closely with the founders and collaborate with our marketing and events teams to bring partnerships to life in ways that are authentic, creative, and community-driven.
Responsibilities
- Prospect & Close Deals: Identify, engage, and secure sponsorships from premium brands that align with Coffee & Chill’s ethos and audience.
- Manage CRM & Pipeline: Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and partnerships using CRM tools. Ensure a seamless process from initial outreach to contract execution.
- Develop & Present Sponsorship Packages: Create compelling proposals tailored to potential partners, showcasing the value of collaborating with Coffee & Chill.
- Build & Maintain Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Coordinate Event Sponsorship Activations: Work closely with our events team to ensure smooth sponsor activations, including branding, product placement, and engagement strategies.
- Negotiate & Finalize Contracts: Work with internal stakeholders to manage agreements, pricing structures, and deliverables for sponsorships.
- Track & Report on Performance: Analyze sponsorship effectiveness, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize future deals.
Who You Are
- A motivated self-starter with a proven track record in sales, partnerships, or sponsorship development (preferably in the wellness, lifestyle, or CPG space).
- A strong communicator and negotiator who can craft compelling pitches and close deals with brands.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads and deals.
- Passionate about wellness, community, and experiential marketing.
- Able to work independently while collaborating with a fast-moving team.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or partnerships experience, preferably in event sponsorships, CPG, or lifestyle brand partnerships.
- Experience in event sponsorship, influencer marketing, or brand activations.
- Established relationships with brands in the wellness, beverage, or lifestyle sectors.
- Comfortable presenting to executives and decision-makers.
