- Scheduling: 2 weekends out of 4; call for low census; must work 2 of 3 major holidays

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult and geriatric ICU patients, following established care plans and protocols.
- Ventilator management and airway suctioning for ventilated patients; monitor respiratory status and adjust care as ordered.
- Titrate vasoactive/cardiac drips and continuous IV sedation; monitor hemodynamics and respond to critical changes.
- Central line/PICC/port management; arterial line care and ABG interpretation; maintain line integrity and prevent infection.
- Administer blood products; IV start and maintenance; phlebotomy as needed; chest tube assistance; BiPAP/CPAP and high-flow nasal cannula management.
- Document in Epic; participate in daily interdisciplinary rounds with PT, Respiratory, Radiology, and Pharmacy; support patient and family education; may float to sister/affiliate facilities as needed.

Requirements
- Active RN license; CA license in hand or eligible; pending license accepted per submission guidelines.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience; travel experience not required.
- Ability to work in an acute care ICU setting; tolerate high-acuity care; comfortable with small-unit dynamics and variable census.
- References: 2 professional references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years (may include Charge RNs/Lead).
- Orientation: 12 hours.
- RTO: No more than 7 days; RTO must be included at time of submission.
- Weekend and holiday scheduling requirements as noted.
