• 2-4 years of hotel experience. • Minimum of 2 years of hotel housekeeping experience preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite. • Open availability to work any shifts, any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. • Experience with hotel operations software programs. • Skillful in project planning/ tasks and able to prioritize projects/ tasks. • Highly organized and efficient, pro-active and results driven, and ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility. Leads by example and with integrity. • Excellent communicator and team motivator. Business-like, socially engaged, passionate, expressive demonstrating a positive attitude. Mental and Physical Demands • Frequent: Standing and walking during entire shift. Kneeling, squatting, and bending constantly. Pushing up to 50lbs. Pulling, lifting, carrying, or otherwise moving up to 20lbs. Frequent use of hand, wrist, and other manual dexterity in use throughout shift. Exposure to EAP approved cleaning chemicals, dust, and smells. • Occasional: Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Interacting with guests (speaking, listening, writing).
