Administrative Assistant POST NUMBER: 466277
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and help keep the team organized and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to support person, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Answer phones, route inquiries, and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Assist with onboarding support, office coordination, and supply management
Process invoices, expense reports, and basic data entry as needed
Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
