Who We Serve:
North Bay Regional Center provides advocacy, social services, support and care coordination to children and adults diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in Napa, Sonoma, and Solano counties.

North Bay Regional Center serves over 12,000 people living within the geographic boundaries of Napa, Sonoma and Solano counties. Guided by our NBRC Mission and Values to assist people with developmental disabilities to obtain the services and supports needed to live as others do in the community, NBRC has established Strategic Goals to guide our efforts in focused areas: employment, independence, community access and family supports.

Under the general direction of a Case Management Supervisor, responsible for the full range of case management duties including cases requiring intensive case management and high levels of expertise. Implements the clients' service plans . If assigned to support young children (ages 3-6), will be responsible for assisting Intake with the process of determining Lanterman eligibility for children under “Provisional Eligibility” criteria prior to turning 5 years old.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- A Master's degree in a field related to developmental disabilities. OR
- Bachelor's degree in a field that offers content related to developmental disabilities, such as social work, psychology, counseling, special education, or nursing, and three years of employment in a field related to developmental disabilities. The minimum education requirement may not be waived.

Job Type: Full-time.
Pay Range: $60,732 - $66,984 per year.
