Description
We are hiring a Temporary HR / Payroll Administrator for a well-established strawberry company in Oxnard. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in HR support and payroll processes within a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Full-time, temporary assignment
Responsibilities:
• Support payroll processing and ensure accurate timekeeping
• Assist with new hire onboarding (I-9s, W-4s, employee files)
• Maintain and update personnel records
• Provide general HR administrative support
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Requirements:
• Previous HR and/or payroll experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
