Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Location: Onsite - Agoura Hills, CA

Accounting Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversees accuracy of processes performed by Administrators & provides feedback on performance.
• Evaluate the operational performance of the assigned section and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review work methods and intra-departmental procedures to ensure effective workflow.
• Implements changes in operational procedures to improve efficiency/effectiveness.
• Ensures deadlines are being met.
• Prepares routine correspondence regarding processing for the department and the stores.
• Analyzes data to make best practice recommendations and identify possible expense control items.

Qualifications:

• Bookkeeping Certification, associate degree in Accounting or 2 years commensurate experience (required)
• Auto Industry Experience (preferred)
• Retail Sales and/or Customer Service (preferred)
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Ability to adapt frequently to change, delays, or unexpected events in the workplace.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• PC skills including knowledge of MS Office.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
