: Full-Time Accounting Assistant Manager Accounting Assistant Manager position at our headquarter branch location in Torrance, CA Enagic is a Japan-based leading manufacturer of alkaline ionizers and water filtration machines. Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. Job Overview Responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Assist Accounting Manager as needed and respond to information requests by management and for auditing purposes. Responsibilities and duties

• Primary liaison from Accounting Department for Commission Department

• Positive Pay decision; positive pay import; check status; stop payment report

• Debit Note - Commission and Expenses

• Credit Note Commission and Expenses

• Regular, 6A group contest bonus, special campaign, monthly & Quarter GFS bonus

• Receive wire transfer from foreign country clearing

• Audit Confirmation

• 3 BOA BIT Clearing (5067-TX, 5070-FL, 5083-WA)

• Pureview download and import

• 8741 BIT Clearing

• 5521 BIT Clearing-since 1/1/2025

• Chargebacks clearing

• LA Sales and Service Cash, Check deposits clearing in 5521

• Prepare daily bank report for HQ

• Process refund request, and Commission offset

• ARS Orders and Proxy orders upload to SAP and Avatax.

• Back up Manager to take care of some urgent issues, help with Audits.

Qualification

• BS Accounting, Finance, or relevant degrees or equivalent
• 2-5 years of accounting experience relate to general functions
• SAP, SAP Hanna, QuickBooks experiences
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Able to work independently and team player.
• Intermediate to Advance Excel skills with look-up, Pivot table.
