Position: Computer User Support Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$110/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to the role of a Computer User Support Specialist .
- Evaluate and improve the quality of AI-generated content for technical support.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model training and evaluation.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure access to a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4+ years full-time work experience as a Computer User Support Specialist .
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada .
