- Lead projects from tender through substantial completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, and change orders
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Conduct site meetings and maintain project documentation
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance at all times
- Maintain strong client relationships and communication
- Identify and resolve project risks proactively
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and contracts
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- PMP or Gold Seal certification is an asset
- Degree or diploma in construction management or related field
