CT Technologist,

This position is for a CT Technologist in an acute care hospital setting. The technologist will perform computed tomography (CT) scans on patients, adhering to established protocols and maintaining a high standard of patient care. The role requires proficiency in operating CT equipment, interpreting images, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Performing CT scans according to established protocols.
- Preparing patients for scans, explaining procedures, and ensuring patient comfort.
- Operating and maintaining CT equipment.
- Processing and reviewing CT images for quality.
- Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhering to radiation safety protocols.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Certifications:

- Current CA state license.
- ARRT certification.
- BLS certification.
- Fluoroscopy Permit.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience (first-timers accepted).

- No on-call requirements.
- Rotating weekends.
- Potential for cross-training to Providence Mission Laguna.
- Free parking.
- Start times: 7 am, 8 am, 12 pm, 3 pm.
- Guaranteed hours with one call-off allowed per two-week pay period.
- Block scheduling is at the manager's discretion.
