CNC Operator

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery following setup sheets and work instructions.
• Retrieve and run machine programs using CNC controls.
• Change cutting tools and adjust workpiece positioning as needed.
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure quality and tolerance requirements are met.
• Monitor tool wear and make approved adjustments as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Report quality issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CNC machine operating experience .
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of G-codes, M-codes, and geometric tolerances (GD&T) .
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with CNC routers or honeycomb panel machining is a plus.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs .
• Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be flexible to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.

Schedule: Full-time, with overtime opportunities available.

Location: El Monte, CA.
