Full Time Intake Assessment Registered RN NOC Shift (7p - 7:30p)
Qualifications
- Valid RN/LPT license
- Skilled in using EMR and EHR systems
- Experience in patient evaluation and care
- Capability to perform intake duties in an assessment capacity
- Facilitate nurse-to-nurse and clinical referrals
- Manage medication consents and patient property
- Collaborate with all healthcare providers and referring hospitals
- Willingness to work on a rotating weekend schedule
