MDM Lead
Job Title: Master Data Management (MDM) Lead – Oracle Fusion & EPM
Location-Type: Remote (Texas-based) - Has to be in TX
Start Date Is: 3 weeks from VO
Duration: 6 months C2H
Compensation Range: $70-82/hour
Conversion Salary: $131-161k with $75k RSUs (spread over 4 years)
Job Description:
Lead master data management processes and governance across systems during a major migration to Oracle Fusion.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Oversee MDM activities across customer, vendor, item, and asset data domains
-
Coordinate data governance, data cleansing, and conversion processes
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage data flows across systems
-
Serve as a functional liaison with strong business process understanding
-
Manage stakeholder communication and ensure smooth project execution

Support the migration from NetSuite/Coupa into Oracle Fusion
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
4 years of experience in MDM, data governance, and data conversions
-
Ability to manage stakeholders and operate in a project-manager-esque capacity
-
Strong business acumen; fully functional (non-technical execution)

Experience building MDM processes and understanding MDM across systems

Strong communication, organization, and confidence in business process discussions
-
Backgrounds/titles such as Business Systems Analyst, MDM Lead, Data Steward, Master Data Owner
-
Familiarity with domains like supplier master conversion, vendors, customers, items, billing materials, assets, locations, work definitions, routings
