Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data collection, cleansing, and preparation, ensuring the integrity and reliability of datasets.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and create data visualizations to uncover key insights.
- Support senior analysts with project requirements, research, and documentation tasks.
- Maintain and update existing data dashboards to provide real-time insights for stakeholders.
- Document and present findings clearly to team members and management to facilitate decision-making.
- Stay curious and proactive in learning about new tools and techniques in data analysis.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience); coursework in data analysis is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, or other data tools; familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
- No prior experience required, but internships or coursework in data analysis are highly regarded.
- Ability to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
