You’ll build a reliable, scalable IT operating model suitable for a fast-moving professional services environment.

- Manage identity and access: SSO/MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning, role-based access, and least-privilege policies.
- Maintain software license allocation, renewals, and cost controls.

- Build onboarding/offboarding workflow with HR and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and a self-service knowledge base.
- Implement automation where practical (device setup, access provisioning, software deployment).

- Partner with security/compliance stakeholders to meet client and internal requirements.
- Implement controls (device encryption, MFA, logging, endpoint protection, access reviews).
- Assist in audits, evidence collection, and policy enforcement as needed.
Operational Reporting
- Produce and manage dashboards on tickets, SLAs, device fleet health, access changes, and recurring pain points using HRM system.
- Identify trends and propose investments to reduce support load and risk.
Required Qualifications
