About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support Regional/OTR operations based in Palmdale, CA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: Activity Based Pay - Up to $100k a year
• Equivalent Mileage Pay: $0.55 - $0.65 per mile
• Weekly miles: 2000 - 3000
• Average Daily Pay: $216/day (includes PTO, training & qualifying events)
• Hours per week: 40

Job Details

• Route Type: Regional & OTR, delivering to WA, AZ, and TX
• Freight / Load Type: Groceries
• Equipment: Sleeper units pulling Reefer Trailers
• Home weekly - out an average of 5 days, and home for 2

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently
• Deliver freight in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate logs and records
• Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations

Minimum Requirements

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
