Are you an experienced Electrical or Controls Technician ready for a change of pace and scenery? Our client is a industrial minerals producer nestled in Californias Mojave Desert, is hiring skilled professionals to support our plant operations in Trona, CA.

This is your opportunity to step into a critical, hands-on role where your expertise in electrical systems, controls, and automation will help drive efficiency, reliability, and innovation.

What Youll Do:

As an Electrical & Controls Technician, you'll:

• Troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical systems, PLCs, automation controls, and high-voltage equipment
• Work with VFDs, HMIs, sensors, control panels, switchgear, and motors
• Program/modify PLC logic (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
• Read and interpret electrical/control schematics and technical documentation
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to reduce downtime and boost system reliability
• Follow all safety and compliance standards (OSHA, NFPA, etc.)

What Were Looking For:

• Solid experience in electrical maintenance and/or industrial control systems
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage equipment and PLCs
• Ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization
• Prior hands-on work in a plant or heavy industrial setting is highly preferred
