A prominent trial law firm is seeking a full-time, in-office Personal Injury Litigation Case Manager to play a crucial role in managing medical records, coordinating client care, and preparing litigation support materials. As the Case Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting intake meetings with new clients
• Ordering, organizing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Preparing detailed medical timelines and compiling binders for trial
• Communicating with clients to provide updates and coordinate medical care
• Coordinating depositions and meetings with medical providers
• Responding to and issuing subpoenas
• Utilizing the Filevine case management platform (preferred but not required)

What You Bring to the Table:

• Prior experience in a legal or medical-records-focused role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, providers, and legal staff
• A commitment to quality, productivity, and thorough documentation
