About the Role

Power of Fitness is seeking a friendly, reliable, and solutions-driven Customer Support Representative to provide outstanding service to our members and prospective clients. In this fully remote role, you will assist customers with inquiries, membership support, and general service needs while delivering a professional and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms.

• Assist members with account questions, billing issues, class schedules, and membership upgrades/changes.

• Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.

• Provide accurate information about gym services, programs, and promotions.

• Document customer interactions and update member profiles as needed.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate fitness services or membership options.

• Collaborate with management to address recurring issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

• Manage follow-up communication to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

• Support new member onboarding and guide prospects through the signup process.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (fitness or wellness industry is a plus).

• Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal.

• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions.

• Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and messaging platforms.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
