About the Team
As the Customer Experience team, we build and maintain Nium Portal, a platform for Nium’s financial services, including payment processing and international transfers. Nium Portal simplifies no-code integration and enhances back-office operations for ease of use across teams. Our goal with Nium Portal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide innovative payment solutions to drive business growth.

About the role
As a Frontend Engineer II, you will work on web applications and libraries like Nium Portal, building and maintaining innovative products for our customers. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the technical direction, proactively identifying gaps and future work to help the team move forward.
\n Key Responsibilities- Contribute to and take ownership of impactful features for Nium Portal, with a focus on user experience, operability, and performance monitoring.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and production support.
- Help find ways to improve the quality, reliability, and security of our systems.
- Follow and help implement best engineering practices to ensure our solutions are scalable, maintainable, and high-quality.
- 2-4 years of frontend engineering experience preferred.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies like React and JavaScript. Our tech stack includes TypeScript, React, Next, Cypress, Tailwind CSS, SWR, D3, and AG Grid.
- Proven ability to build user-friendly, well-structured web applications.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for transforming business and product ideas into functional solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid interpersonal abilities.
$128,000 - $176,000 a year
Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Certain roles may offer additional incentives including but not limited to equity and bonus.
