Azure Palm Resort in Desert Hot Springs, CA is accepting applications for pool Bartender/server/prep person.
Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years previous experience, a passion for service, is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
Essential Job requirements
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Take orders and serve poolside guests
Ability to multi-task and change priorities at any moment
Proficient in math
Accuracy with cash and credit card transactions
Serve guests with a smile
Attention to detail is a must
Ability to work at a fast pace with multiple demands
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Weekends and Holidays are required
Must be fluent in English - bilingual preferred
Previous server experience required
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position entails a lot of walking - you will get your steps in!
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand for periods of time; use hands to type; reach with hands and arms; , stoop, kneel and crouch and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Position requires outside work with exposure to heat, cold, and inclement weather
