Role

We seek intellectually curious, highly motivated individuals to join us after graduation in 2025. The key skills include making sound product decisions and shipping high-quality products quickly. We value engineers with strong product instincts who can own projects end-to-end.

Job Duties

The engineering team operates with high autonomy; trust and good judgment are essential. Responsibilities include:

• Building new features for live-stream users
• Implementing growth strategies for buyer and seller flows
• Developing scalable systems for a high-trust marketplace
• Writing product or system development code
• Designing, implementing, and operating critical services
• Evaluating technical trade-offs
• Supporting features from design to launch
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues

Applicants should be within commuting distance of our hubs in New York, Los Angeles, or San Francisco.

You

Ideal candidates are those with a growth mindset, humility, and a bias for action. Requirements include:

• Graduation in CS or Software Engineering by Dec 2024 or Summer 2025
• Problem-solving skills and creativity
• Willingness to take risks and build for 1M+ users
• Ability to build scalable systems
• Strong product instincts, prioritizing user experience
• Proven ability to ship products rapidly
• Quick learner of new technologies
• Open to relocating to SF, LA, or NYC
