Responsibilities for the Customer Service & Sales Specialist position include:

Qualifications for the Customer Service & Sales Specialist position:

• Proven track record in customer service and sales roles, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
