Staff Accountant - SA 01-25

Description:

LevitasBio is empowering next-generation cellular preparation and characterization through its novel technology and rapidly developing product roadmap. We recently released our first commercial product, the LeviCell, and are rapidly expanding our team to support commercial success and expanding business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the general ledger, recording cash receipts and financial transactions


• Reconciling bank, credit card accounts and intercompany accounts


• Full cycle Accounts payable & Accounts receivables


• Prepare journal entries for the month end close process
  


• Prepare Account reconciliations for month end and quarterly close process
  


• Prepare payroll on a bi-monthly basis

Requirements and Experience:

• Requires Master Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, related field


• Requires 6 months experience in the job offered, Staff Accountant, Accountant or related occupation


• Required experience must include at least 6 months of experience in QuickBooks, Lacette Tax, 1099Online, Adobe Acrobat, Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $98,000 to $110,000 annually + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
