Location: San Rafael, CA (In-office)
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a client-focused environment? We're looking for a Finance Client Administrator to join our supportive and high-performing finance team. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing client financial records, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This position reports directly to the Finance Manager and offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Process client payments, manage payment plans, and handle refunds or declined transactions.
- Reconcile course-related finances and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and issuing receipts.
- Manage specialized program billing and ensure accuracy in client accounts.
- Work closely with the finance team to streamline processes and maintain compliance.

### What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a positive, client-focused approach.
- High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and general PC proficiency.
- Previous experience managing customer accounts, processing payments, or working with databases.
- QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in-office in San Rafael, CA during regular business hours.
