We are seeking reliable and experienced Cold Storage Order Selectors to join our team in Oakland. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced warehouse environments and are comfortable working in refrigerated conditions.
Position Details
- Location: Oakland, CA
- Shift: 3rd Shift
- Pay Rate: Starting at $25/hr
- Environment: Cold storage facility
Job Responsibilities
- Select and pull orders accurately in a refrigerated warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as needed
- Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards
- Work efficiently in cold temperatures for extended periods
Requirements
- Previous order selecting or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in cold storage environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and work ethic
- Experience with pallet jacks or RF scanners is a plus
