Job Description & Requirements Anesthesiology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 10;9 Pay Rate: $315.25 - $341.25 This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Call & Requirements: No call; Monday - Friday,

9 10 hour shifts, 4 days per week. 6:30am-4:30pm, Supervision vs Independent: No immediate supervision of CRNA's, but there are CRNA’s on staff so the provider has to be comfortable with the rare occurrence to assist, if needed. Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC). Certifications required: Board Certification (or truly Board Eligible), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA. License Required or accepting IMLC: California License is required.
