Job Opportunity: Litigation Attorney (2–5 Years of Experience)
Our client is seeking a talented attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in toxic tort, general litigation defense, and some employment defense.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings and dispositive motions
- Draft and respond to written discovery and discovery motions
- Attend court hearings and argue motions
- Conduct and defend depositions of both fact and expert witnesses
- Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
- Prepare trial documents and submissions
- Provide analytical insight and strategic recommendations
- Manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
