We're Hiring: Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)!
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in San Rafael. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial modeling, and experience in financial planning and analysis. What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data.
Prepare detailed reports on financial performance metrics.
Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Present findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of FP&A processes and best practices.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
