Technical Product Manager, Vehicle Experience

We aim to set a new bar for vehicle experiences by focusing deeply on the needs of the rider and carefully curating every detail to deliver a seamless end to end experience. Our vehicle is purpose built for differentiated rider experiences that will keep people coming back.

In this role, you will define and execute a multi-year roadmap for a key pillar of our novel vehicle experience while simultaneously ensuring successful delivery with your product development team.

In this role, you will...

• Capitalize on a unique opportunity to craft and own a multi-year product strategy and roadmap for your domain that inspires your team and pushes boundaries
• Own the successful execution of the product across its lifecycle
• Develop a deep understanding of the customer, market, and business objectives to find new opportunities and align your product domain to company goals
• Be the Product Owner for cross-functional Agile product development teams - own the product backlog, clearly set priorities, write product requirements, drive incremental improvements
• Ruthlessly prioritize features and ensure priorities are clearly communicated at all times

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct product management experience bringing 0->1 digital products to market
• You possess a passion for impactful user experiences and have relentless attention to detail
• You can balance long-term strategic objectives against near-term tactical wins
• You have a track record of taking action and delivering
• You’re extremely comfortable with data and can navigate complex tradeoffs in a structured way

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience optimizing products in market
• Experience working in the AV, mobility, or ride-hailing industries

$155,000 - $215,000 a year

Base Salary Range

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
