Junior/Mid-Level Dispute Resolution Associate
Description
Baker McKenzie's Los Angeles office seeks an associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience for the Dispute Resolution Practice Group, supporting its securities litigation, class actions, complex commercial litigation, and government enforcement practices. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical and writing skills are required, as is experience with drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, briefing motions, and depositions. Large law firm experience in a busy litigation practice is strongly preferred, and a former clerkship with a federal district court or circuit court judge is a plus.

Pay Transparency- This position is bonus eligible and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) based on number of hours worked.
- The US base compensation for this position is expected to be $235,000 to $365,000 (annually) if located in an office in the state of California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
