Position: Instructional Coordinator
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55–$100/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to the role of Instructional Coordinators using professional experience.
- Ensure the accuracy and relevance of educational content for AI model training.
- Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to improve training data quality.
- Work independently to meet project deadlines and enhance AI model performance.
- Commit to a flexible schedule with a minimum of 15 hours per week .
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4+ years full-time work experience as an Instructional Coordinator.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada .
Compensation & Legal
- At-will contractor to Mercor.
- Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
- Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates .
